What this page collects, and what happens to it
This policy covers the two pages run by James Briggs — the employers guide and what happens at 65 — and their forms. Other parts of planwellutah.com use a third-party scheduler and are covered separately.

What is collected
Only what you type into one of the forms. The template request asks for your name, work email, company, and a range for how many people you employ, plus an optional message. The enquiry and question forms ask for your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message.
Downloading any of the PDFs requires nothing at all. There is no form in front of them and no email address is captured when you take one.
What it is used for
To send you what you asked for and to reply to you. That is the whole of it. Your details are not added to a marketing list, not enrolled in an automated sequence, and not used to contact you about anything you did not ask about. Sending a question is not permission to sell you anything.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with a carrier, a lead broker, or any other third party.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to James Briggs and are not written to a database on this site. They are sent through a transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Once delivered, the record of your submission is the email in his inbox.
How long it is kept
As long as the correspondence is useful, and no longer. Ask and it will be deleted — see below.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to record which of the free PDFs get downloaded and how many people use each form. That is measured in aggregate, so the point of it is knowing which of these pages is useful, not who did what.
No advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party marketing scripts are loaded on this page. If your browser blocks analytics, everything on the page still works.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics may set its own; blocking them changes nothing about how the page behaves.
Insurance information
If you become a client, information given in that context is handled under the privacy practices of HBG Wealth and the carriers involved, and under applicable state and federal law. Neither page collects health information, and you should not send any through these forms.
